Description:
Phalaenopsis bellina is one of the most popular species in the genus Phalaenopsis—not only for its extraordinary flower shape, but also for its intense, fruity fragrance. The medium-sized flowers appear in vivid violet to magenta tones, with greenish-yellow petal tips. Each inflorescence produces only a few, but especially striking flowers, which open in succession and can provide months of enjoyment.

Its compact, succulent growth and fleshy, glossy leaves make it ideal for a windowsill or display case. With optimal care, the plant can flower several times a year.

Special features:

Phalaenopsis bellina is especially known for its fragrant flowers, with a distinct citrus and tropical fruit aroma. The flower spikes remain active for several years and can produce new buds repeatedly. The plant is suitable for beginners as well as experienced collectors.

Cultivation: Warm conditions at around 20–30 °C, bright to partially shaded, with high humidity and good air circulation. Grow in coarse bark or mounted, and allow the roots to dry quickly after watering.
