Product information "Orchi-Pot red 20cm"
The watering pot was developed in collaboration with the gardeners at the Jena Botanical Garden. It is now used in many other botanical gardens. Its purpose is the long-term watering of epiphytic plants. The pots are slightly tapered from bottom to top to prevent the growing substrate or the tied-up plants from slipping. For the same reason, the outer wall of the watering pots is finely structured, which also increases the contact area between the watering pot and the root network.
Three holes (Ø 8mm) below the upper edge allow the installation of suspensions.
- Material:Stoneware clay, white or red, fired porous (permeable to water)
- Execution:hand-turned (therefore minimal dimensional deviations are unavoidable and do not constitute a quality defect or reason for complaint.)
For hanging we recommend the three-armed stainless steel hangers
