The stainless steel hangers are used as hangers for orchid pots, wooden baskets, vanda baskets, epiphyte pots and much more. We offer 2 different types, with a round or square head. The stainless steel hangers with a round head are made from 1mm thick stainless steel rods. We have determined their tracking force in our own tests to be 2 - 2.3kg. Since the wire is thin, the ends can be easily bent for hanging.
The stainless steel hangers with square heads are made from 1.2mm stainless steel rods and have a load capacity of 4.0 - 4.5kg. You will notice the increased stability if you want to bend the ends.
When selecting and calculating the load-bearing capacity, please take into account that the plants grow and become significantly heavier when watered.Cymbidiumand bigCattleyaare not among the plants that are suitable for stainless steel hangers.
