Description

Anthurium Princess of Hearts 'Inverse'

Name: Anthurium Princess of Hearts ‘Inverse’

Parents: Anthurium warocqueanum ‘Esmeralda’ × Anthurium warocqueanum

Note on the cross: This is an intraspecific cross between two lines or selections of Anthurium warocqueanum.

Location/growing conditions: We grow the plants at approximately 18–27 °C, with high humidity, good air circulation, and bright, indirect light. We keep the coarse, very airy aroid substrate evenly slightly moist.

Description and notes: The offspring can display the long, velvety leaves of Anthurium warocqueanum to varying degrees. ‘Inverse’ denotes the reverse parental direction compared to the corresponding reciprocal cross. Seedlings may vary in leaf width, length, and venation.
