Description

Anthurium Black Anaconda

Name: Anthurium Black Anaconda

Parents: Anthurium sp. nov. ‘036’ × Anthurium besseae cf.

Breeding: Hybrid by Ecuagenera.

Location/Growing conditions: We grow the hybrid at approximately 18–27 °C, with high humidity, good air circulation, and bright, indirect light. We keep the coarse, airy potting mix evenly moist.

Description and notes: Young leaves can appear very dark to almost black and later mature to dark green. The light venation provides a striking contrast, especially in young plants. Seedlings can vary considerably.
