Description

Philodendron Calkin's Gold (11cm pot)

Name: Philodendron ‘Calkin’s Gold’

Description: Horticultural cultivar that is also marketed as Philodendron ‘Goldiana’ or Philodendron domesticum ‘Calkin’s Gold’.

Location/growing conditions: Warm at around 20–28 °C, bright indirect light and moderately high humidity. Use a coarse, airy aroid potting mix and provide a climbing support.

Description and notes: ‘Calkin’s Gold’ is cultivated for its bright yellow-green to golden foliage. Leaf color and shape change with age and light intensity. Bright, filtered light enhances the coloration, while direct midday sun can damage the lighter parts of the leaves. Keep evenly moist and avoid waterlogging.
