Description

Rhyncholaeliocattleya Memoria Hazel Glover

Name: Rhyncholaeliocattleya Memoria Hazel Glover

Parents: Rhyncholaeliocattleya Legend of Maui × Rhyncholaeliocattleya Goldenzelle

Location/Cultural conditions: Cultivate in a very bright and airy spot, but protect from strong midday sun. A coarse bark substrate, thorough watering during the growth phase, and allowing the plant to dry out substantially before the next watering are ideal. Temperatures of about 18–28 °C with cooler nights are favorable.

Description and notes: This cross combines two large-flowered Rhyncholaeliocattleya lines. Expect robust pseudobulbs and large, firm-textured flowers in warm red, burgundy, or bronze tones with a contrasting lip. With seedlings, color and patterning may vary.
