Name: Phragmipedium Elizabeth March

Parents: Phragmipedium Sedenii × Phragmipedium besseae

Registration: Grex registered with the RHS; registered in 1995 by A. Mochizuki.

Location/Culture: We grow Phragmipedium Elizabeth March in intermediate conditions at approximately 16–25 °C, in bright to partial shade, with high humidity and good air circulation. We keep the airy, moisture-retentive substrate consistently slightly moist; we avoid allowing it to dry out completely.

Description and Notes: This proven hybrid combines Phragmipedium Sedenii with the vividly colored Phragmipedium besseae. The plants remain comparatively compact and can produce pink to reddish flowers with good shape.
