Name: Dracula Yolanda Kakabadse

Parents: Dracula gigas × Dracula robledorum

Location/Cultivation Conditions: Cultivate in cool to intermediate temperatures of approximately 12–23 °C, in shade to partial shade and with high humidity. The fine roots require an airy, permanently slightly moist substrate, for example, loose sphagnum with fine bark. Good air circulation is essential; avoid heat and complete drying out. A breathable basket is advantageous if the inflorescences develop downwards.

Description and Notes: This hybrid combines the large, striking flowers of Dracula gigas with Dracula robledorum. Seedlings can vary greatly in color, markings, and the orientation of the inflorescences. Typical features are elongated sepals and fine hairs on the edges of the flowers. Consistent moisture and cool nights promote stable growth.
