Description

Cattleya Marilyn Lew

Name: Cattleya Marilyn Lew

Parents: Cattleya Arcadio Arosemena × Cattleya dowiana

Registration: Registered on September 15, 2021, by Ecuagenera.

Location/Culture: We grow Cattleya Marilyn Lew in warm to intermediate conditions at approximately 18–28 °C, very bright and with good air movement. During active growth, we water and fertilize regularly, allowing the coarse orchid substrate to dry out well between waterings.

Description and Notes: The influence of Cattleya dowiana can contribute strong yellow and purple tones as well as a striking lip. Cattleya Arcadio Arosemena complements this with modern flower shape and substance. With seedlings, color, patterning, and flower size may vary.
