Description

Brassolaeliocattleya n.r. (Lc. Pokai Sky x Brassavola nodosa)

Name: Brassolaeliocattleya n.r. (Lc. Pokai Sky × Brassavola nodosa)

Parents: Laeliocattleya Pokai Sky × Brassavola nodosa

Note on the cross: “n.r.” indicates that the cross is a parent combination not registered under its own grex name.

Location/growing conditions: We grow the plants in warm to intermediate conditions at approximately 18–28°C, in very bright light and with strong air circulation. The coarse, highly aerated orchid potting medium should dry out significantly between waterings.

Description and notes: Due to Brassavola nodosa, star-shaped flowers, relatively narrow segments, and a possible evening fragrance can be expected. As a seedling cross, the plants may vary in color, form, and fragrance intensity.
