Name: Anoectochilus albo-lineatus 'Variegata'
Description & Special Features: An attractive jewel orchid that is grown primarily for its decorative foliage. The velvety leaves feature striking veining, and this variegated form also displays irregular light markings. As a result, every leaf and plant is somewhat unique.
Light: Shady to partially shaded with bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, especially on variegated areas of the leaves.
Temperature: Warm to moderate, approximately 20–27 °C.
Water & Humidity: Keep the substrate evenly slightly moist, but never waterlogged. High humidity supports beautiful leaf growth; gentle air circulation is also important.
Substrate: Loose, fine, and humus-rich substrate with good drainage, such as fine bark, sphagnum moss, and mineral additives. The substrate should retain moisture without becoming compacted.
