Notes: The arrowhead-like leaves of Anthurium argyrostachyum have a velvety, ridged texture. The shape of the leaves depends greatly on the age of the plant. Young plants of Anthurium argyrostachyum have lanceolate leaves, and only with increasing age and a certain plant size do the arrowhead-shaped leaves develop.
