Name: Phragmipedium Sheila Riggs

Parents: Phragmipedium Rio Mira × Phragmipedium anguloi

Registration: Registered with the Royal Horticultural Society by Ecuagenera on August 28, 2024.

Location/Growing conditions: We grow this hybrid at intermediate temperatures of approximately 15–25 °C, in bright, filtered light, with high humidity and good air circulation. The airy, moisture-retentive medium is kept evenly moist and should not be allowed to dry out completely.

Description and notes: Phragmipedium Sheila Riggs combines the vigorous, free-flowering growth of Phragmipedium Rio Mira with the more compact, pink-flowered traits of Phragmipedium anguloi. Seedlings may vary in flower color, patterning, and size. Low-mineral water and good drainage support a healthy root system.
