Etymology: The genus name Phragmipedium is derived from Greek and refers to the slipper-shaped lip; Mini Grande and Acker's Beauty are the grex names of the parents.

Location/Growing Conditions: We grow this hybrid intermediately at approximately 15–26 °C, with bright filtered light, high humidity, and good air circulation. We keep the airy, moisture-retaining substrate consistently moist.

Description and Notes: The seedlings develop a compact to medium-sized habit with narrow leaves and upright inflorescences. Due to the complex hybrid ancestry, flower color, shape, and size may vary among plants. A pronounced dry rest period is not required.
