Description

Phragmipedium Majestic Tresses

Name: Phragmipedium Majestic Tresses

Parents: Phragmipedium Roethianum × Phragmipedium fischeri

Location/Growing conditions: We grow Phragmipedium Majestic Tresses under intermediate conditions at around 16–25 °C, with bright, filtered light, high humidity, and good air circulation. We keep the airy, moisture-retentive substrate evenly moist.

Description and notes: This hybrid combines the influence of long-petaled Phragmipedium lines with the more compact, richly colored flower form of Phragmipedium fischeri. The flowers may have elegant petals and pink to reddish hues. Seedlings vary in form and color intensity.
