Name: Philodendron Esmeralda Spirit
Parents: Philodendron esmeraldense × Philodendron spiritus-sancti
Location/Growing Conditions: We recommend bright, filtered light, high humidity, and warm to intermediate temperatures of approximately 18–28 °C. A coarse, airy aroid substrate with good drainage should be kept evenly moist. The roots should remain well-aerated; waterlogging is avoided.
Description and Notes: Philodendron Esmeralda Spirit combines the elongated, elegant leaf shape of both parents. As a climbing hybrid, the plant requires a moss pole or another sturdy support early on. Since this is a seedling cross, leaf width, coloration, and growth habit may vary between individual plants. Consistent warmth and humidity promote the development of larger, more mature leaves.
