Description

Philodendron (sodiroi cf x verrucosum 2)

Name: Philodendron (Philodendron sodiroi cf. × Philodendron verrucosum ‘2’)

Parents: Philodendron sodiroi cf. × Philodendron verrucosum ‘2’

Location/Cultivation conditions: We cultivate this hybrid in intermediate to warm conditions at about 18–27 °C, high humidity, good air circulation, and bright, indirect light. A climbing support as well as a coarse, humus-rich, and airy aroid substrate promote vigorous growth.

Description and notes: This cross combines the silvery leaf pattern of Philodendron sodiroi cf. with the velvety foliage and high-contrast venation of Philodendron verrucosum ‘2’. As this is a seedling hybrid, leaf pattern, color, and proportions may vary between individual plants.
