Description

Oncidium Super Tiger

Name: Oncidium Super Tiger

Parents: Oncidium Lucy Roessiger × Oncidium Tiger Straw

Registration: Grex registered with the RHS; registered in 2023 by Ecuagenera.

Location/Growing Conditions: We grow Oncidium Super Tiger under intermediate conditions at around 15–26 °C, with bright filtered light, moderate to high humidity, and good air circulation. During the growing season, we water regularly and allow the airy potting mix to dry slightly between waterings.

Description and Notes: This hybrid produces branched inflorescences with numerous yellow flowers and bold chestnut-brown tiger markings. Adequate light and a slight drop in nighttime temperatures support vigorous pseudobulbs and good flowering.
