Product information "Clear plastic container 14cm"

The transparent pots promote root growth in many species. The stage of root development and the moisture content of the substrate can also be easily monitored. However, too much light and abundant moisture can lead to algae growth in transparent pots. Better drainage or the use of outer pots quickly solves this problem.
Clear plastic containers have a raised base to ensure good ventilation in the root zone. This prevents a film of water from forming under the base of the pot.
The top rim of the pot is usually curved outwards for added stability. Container pots can therefore be easily hung using plastic hangers.
