Name: Cirrhopetalum Emily Siegerist

Location/Cultivation conditions: We recommend bright, filtered light, high humidity, and steady, gentle air movement. A shallow container, basket, or mounted culture is well suited for its creeping growth habit. The substrate should be very airy while also slightly moisture-retentive. Warm to intermediate temperatures of approximately 18–28 °C are well suited.

Description and notes: Cirrhopetalum Emily Siegerist is a Bulbophyllum relative with a creeping rhizome, single pseudobulbs, and leathery leaves. The characteristic inflorescences of this group, with multiple flowers arranged together, are particularly decorative. During active growth, we keep the roots evenly slightly moist and avoid both waterlogging and prolonged complete drying out.
