Name: Bulbophyllum Elizabeth Ann ‘Buckleberry’

Parents: Bulbophyllum longissimum × Bulbophyllum rothschildianum

Registration: Registered with the RHS in 1969 by J. Chambers; the breeder was Stuart Low.

Location/Cultural conditions: Bright to partially shaded, without direct midday sun, with high humidity and good air circulation. Grow in intermediate to warm conditions at around 18–27 °C. Use an airy, slightly moisture-retentive medium and keep it evenly moist without waterlogging.

Description and notes: ‘Buckleberry’ is a well-known selection of this grex, with long, seemingly mobile floral segments and striking markings. The plant grows from a creeping rhizome and is well suited to hanging baskets or wide containers. With good culture, it can flower several times a year.
