Anthurium kunayalense x Anthurium Capibara

Name: Anthurium kunayalense × Anthurium ‘Capibara’

Etymology: The genus name Anthurium comes from Greek and refers to the characteristic inflorescence. The epithet kunayalense refers to the Kuna Yala region in Panama. ‘Capibara’ is a horticultural name.

Origin / Breeding: Horticultural cross between Anthurium kunayalense and ‘Capibara’.

Description & Care: Anthurium hybrid with bold, textured foliage and heart-shaped leaf blades. We grow it in bright to partial shade, warm conditions, with high humidity and good air circulation. We keep the substrate evenly lightly moist and avoid waterlogging. We keep it at around 18–28 °C.
