Name: Anthurium Ingrid de Portilla ‘Inverse’
Parents: Anthurium nigrolaminum ‘Ecuagenera’ × Anthurium besseae aff.
Breeder: Ecuagenera
Location/Growing Conditions: We grow this hybrid in bright to partial shade, avoiding intense direct midday sun, at approximately 18–28 °C. High humidity and good air circulation promote large, evenly developed leaves. We keep the coarse, airy aroid substrate evenly moist but avoid waterlogging.
Description and Notes: In ‘Inverse’, the direction of the cross is reversed compared to Anthurium Ingrid de Portilla. This combination combines the striking, glossy foliage of A. nigrolaminum with the characteristic features of A. besseae aff. As these are seedlings of a hybrid, leaf size, shape, surface texture, and coloration may vary between individual plants.
